Widely-regarded as one of the world's most beautiful women, Irina showed-off her pillow lips and olive skin in a swimwear photo shoot.
After hitting the weights and keeping herself in good shape all summer, she was only happy to be pictured wearing a £200 red and gold zebra print bikini.
Keeping in touch with her fans, Irina posted several motivating tweets this week including: "U r not gonna get the butt u want... by sitting on it."
And: "We got 99 problems but the weights ain't one!"
The 5 ft 10 in tall model's real name is actually Shaykhlislamova.
Back in her hometown of Yemanzhelinsk she has done lots for charity, raising thousands of pounds for seriously ill children.
