Miley Cyrus vs Perez Hilton Photo Scandal!
The Perez Hilton v Miley Cyrus photo war continues as Perez posts a new photo on his website of Miley from the same day to show she was "clearly" wearing underwear (see below).
The controversial gossip blogger came under fire earlier this week after posting a compromising photo of Miley exiting a car -- supposedly wearing no underwear.
Normally these photos would be expected of celebs like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, but 17-year-old Miley is not considered fair game.
Perez removed the photo amid suggestions he could be charged with child pornography.
Perez posted a video response to the controversy, saying that Miley is not stupid and would not go out in public wearing no underwear.
"Seems like the whole world is thinking I posted a photo of Miley's vagina with no underwear on," he said. "Sure I may nickname her 'Slutty Cyrus' but she's not a moron!"
"I like to be controversial, but I don't want to go to jail," Perez continued. "If you look at other photos from that paparazzi set, she's clearly wearing underwear. The reason I linked to that photo was because I thought she was exiting that car in a very un-ladylike fashion."
Miley commented on the drama in an interview with Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday, saying it's poorly timed with the release of her new album!
"Isn't it funny that things like that, that are so negative, have to come out right before my record?!" she said. "It's like no one can let positive things happen. All I do is focus on the positive, and I hope this record does well."
